My impact
I worked with Simone on a team coaching project at top management level in our executive team.
Starting with a structured clarification of the assignment, followed by individual one-on-one interviews and individual documented check-ins of all team members, Simone guided us in two workshops to valuable insights and consequences for action.

Why do I coach for change?
They say change is an opportunity.
Sometimes it is hard to see.
What I learnt is that getting clarity is the first step to navigating change and being at peace with it.
I also learnt that change includes both inner and outer work: we must access the curiosity, compassion and courage to shape our own response.
It is worth our personal thriving and
the effectiveness of our teams.
That´s why I coach for change.
