The combination of the LINC PERSONALITY PROFILER (LPP) and Coaching serves to identify personal and team POTENTIAL and turn it into ACTION.
The LPP is an online personality test of the LINC Institute from the Leuphana University of Lüneburg, based on the most established model of personality psychology – the BIG FIVE.
The LPP creates a highly differentiated profile based on three elements:
- Character traits: “How do I behave?“
- Motives: “What drives me?“
- Competencies: “Which skills do I have in particular?”
The tool can also be used for teams.

The LPP EXTERNAL ASSESSMENT enables a systematic comparison between self-image and external image, e.g., within the framework of a 360° feedback process for managers.
You fill in your LPP-tool and external persons (e.g., colleagues, managers, team members) give you their assessment based on a LPP simplified version.
